About Our Services
Appointments may be scheduled during our routine office hours listed on the office-hours section. When you call, our voice-mail system will direct you. This system improves our efficiency. If the extension dialed is not available, please record a message. We prioritize requests based upon the degree of urgency and make every effort to return your call as quickly as possible.
Prescription Refills
If you are calling for a prescription refill, then please call your pharmacy. If you desire a new prescription or to change your pharmacy, then please call us during office hours when the physician and/or nurse will have access to your chart to ensure the best course of treatment. These changes will only be made during office hours. Please have the phone number of your pharmacy available at the time of your call.
Health Care Services
Services Summary
Sunrise Family Medicine will provide general care for all ages, as well as providing multiple procedures to create a complete health care solution. Sunrise Family Medicine will provide procedures including, but not limited to, mole removals, biopsies, trigger point injections, and much more. Multiple modalities will be incorporated, such as cryotherapy, hyfrecation, shaving, and radiofrequency removal of lesions. The costs will depend upon the materials used, physician's time, which technique is incorporated, and the amount designated for each procedure.
Sunrise Family Medicine's philosophy is that optimal health and performance can be attained through the proper balance of exercise, nutrition, and education. Our goal is to educate our patients, as well as treating them. Therefore, our services will potentially provide group classes and teaching sessions for our patients. Subjects may include nutrition, diabetes, hypertension, and much more.
Sunrise Family Medicine will focus on each individual case. After each procedure, and where appropriate, each patient will be offered education in rehabilitation, nutrition and exercise as it relates to each particular case. Our goal is to create the most well-rounded experience for each patient in order to optimize the health of each of our patients.
